  • Cooked white Rice – 1glass
  • Curd – 3/4glass
  • Ginger(cut into long pieces) – 1 1/2inch
  • Green chilly – 5nos
  • Oil 1spoon
  • Mustard seeds 1/2spoon
  • Curry leaves 1stem
  • Salt(as reqd) –
  1. For preparing Kerala Style Curd Rice, first heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add ginger and green chilly and saute it nicely.
  3. Simmer the flame and add the curd.
  4. Immediately off the flame and with a spoon nicely mix the curd.
  5. Finally add salt and rice.
  6. Mix Kerala Style Curd Rice well.
