  1. Clean and cut the fish in medium pieces.
  2. Make a paste adding chilly powder,turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt along with coconut oil & vinegar.
  3. Marinate the fish with the above masala for 30 min.
  4. Deep fry them.
  5. :-Serve hot with rice.
