  • King prawns 1/2kg
  • Lime juice – 1tbsp
For masala:
  1. For preparing spicy prawn/konju fry, grind together all the ingredients for preparing masala, into a paste.
  2. Clean prawns, retain head and tail. Cut in the middle, devein it and flatten the prawns.
  3. Rub the masala inside and keep for 1 hour.
  4. Heat a pan, pour oil (2 tbsp)and place the prawns and deep fry it.
  5. Spicy kerala prawn/konju fry is ready. Add the lime juice on top and serve hot.
