  1. Pressure cook all the vegetables, onion and split green chillies with enough water, salt, turmeric powder and chilly powder.
  2. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
  3. Put the cooked vegetables into this and pour the coconut milk.
  4. When it starts boiling, remove from flame and put kasoor methi and cover the pan.
  5. :- Serve with chappathi and roti.
