Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Take a medium size non stick pan.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in it.
  3. Add cashewnuts & raisins & fry for 1 min.
  4. Add the rava and fry again for 1 min.
  5. Reduce the flame completely & then add hot water, elaichi powder & food colour and keep stirring for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
  6. When the rava gets almost cooked, add sugar and stir again.
  7. :- Make sure that lumps are are not formed.
  8. Add the remaining ghee and stir again.
  9. Cover the pan and cook on reduced flame for 3 – 4 mins.
  10. :- Serve hot.
