Instructions
  1. For preparing kidney beans cutlets, soak the kidney beans overnight and pressure cook it for 2 whistles. Drain it and mash it with a fork.
  2. In a bowl, add onion, garlic, salt, red chilly flakes, pepper powder, beetroot, cumin powder, curry leaves and the mashed kidney beans. Mix it well with your hands.
  3. Then add in the oats powder and bread crumbs powder. Combine it well.
  4. Make small balls and make cutlet shapes. Keep them aside.
  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cutlets till brown in colour on low flame.
  6. Kidney beans cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
