Instructions
  1. For preparing kidney beans idly, soak raw rice and fenugreek seeds in water.
  2. In another vessel soak split black gram in water separately.
  3. Grind raw rice, fenugreek seeds, cooked rice and split black gram with required water to make a semi thick batter. Ferment overnight.
  4. Next day, add in the half cooked kidney beans and salt. Mix it well.
  5. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds. Put it into the batter and mix well.
  6. Grease idly moulds with oil and pour the kidney bean batter into it.
  7. Steam it in an idly steamer till done.
  8. Kidney beans idly¦s are ready. Serve hot with chutney.
