Instructions
  1. For preparing kid`s ragi-maida dosa, in a large bowl, mix in ragi powder, maida and required salt.
  2. Make a well in the center, pour in the milk and required water. Mix until it becomes a very smooth lump free batter.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium high flame and pour a ladle of the ragi-maida batter.
  4. Make it round like a dosa and allow it to become brown on both the sides. Drizzle a little melted butter around it.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  6. Kid`s ragi-maida dosa`s are ready. Serve hot with jam.
