  1. For the preparation for Meat Balls:- 1)Clean the minced meat and wash. Squeeze out excess water and grind to a paste.
  2. Grind the other ingredients listed below the minced meat to a fine paste.
  3. Add beaten egg.
  4. Add the minced meat and mix well.
  5. Form into lime sized balls.
  6. For the Gravy:- 1)Grind all the ingredients listed under `To Grind for the gravy` to a paste.
  7. Heat oil in a heavy vessel.
  8. Add the above ground masala and fry for 3 mins.
  9. Add the tomatoes and fry till blended.
  10. Add salt, tamarind puree made upto 1 cup and boil the mixture for 5 mins.
  11. Add 2 cups of water.
  12. When it begins to boil, add the prepared minced meat balls and let the gravy simmer for 15 mins, till the meat is cooked and the gravy becomes thick.
  13. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  14. :- Serve hot with plain rice or chapathis.
