A Favorite vegetarian side dish in kerala
Koorka : 1 cup –
Dried red chilly : 5 nos –
or shallot : ¼ cup –
Mustard : 2 tsp –
chilly powder 1 tsp –
: 1 spring –
: 1 tsp –
to taste –
Heat a pan add
in it and when it gets hot add
and wait till it get splutters.
and dry red chilly to it and stir well.
When its colour changes add
to it and stir well.
Add the cleaned and small sliced koorka and chilly powder to it.
Stir well and then add little
and close it till it gets cooked.
When it gets cooked transfer to the serving dish.
Its nice with rice, it will take maximum 20 minutes to cook.
