  • Poppy seeds/Kuskus(roasted) - 1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Soup cube - 1 no
  • Pepper powder(chopped) - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted Peanuts - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing kuskus duck, cook the duck in water with a soup cube. Remove it from the flame and drain the soup water. Keep the soup water aside.
  2. Shred the duck pieces and keep it aside.
  3. Grind the roasted poppy seeds to a fine paste with a little water.
  4. In a vessel heat the soup water with poppy seed paste and soy sauce till it becomes thick.
  5. Put the shredded duck in a plate and pour the thick sauce over it.
  6. Kuskus duck is ready. Sprinkle pepper powder and serve immediately.
