  1. Remove the stem, wash and dry the lady’s fingers with a cloth. Cut into 1 inch as shown in the below figure.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Splutter mustard seeds. Saute curry leaves.
  4. Add chopped onion and saute till it turns light golden colour.
  5. Add the chopped lady’s finger.
  6. Add salt, turmeric powder and 65 masala powder.
  7. Add lime juice and mix well.
  8. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  9. Stir again. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. Transfer the contents to a bowl and serve.
