  1. Wash and wipe the lady’s finger till dry. Slit them lengthwise and remove the seeds as shown below.
  2. Mash the filling ingredients well with hands and fill in each of the lady’s finger.
  3. In a bowl, mix the gram flour with chilli powder, salt. asafoetida, turmeric powder and ½ cup water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Dip the lady’s finger in gram flour batter which is in the bowl and shallow fry them on both sides till golden brown.
  6. Continue the same process for the rest of the lady’s fingers.
  7. :- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
