Instructions
  1. For preparing lamb burgers, roughly grind green chilly, fresh coriander leaves and onion.
  2. Take a bowl mix in minced lamb and the above mixture.
  3. Add in garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, salt, egg and bread crumbs. Make it into a consistency of dough. Keep it aside.
  4. Take a small portion of minced lamb meat mixture and make it into a shape of a thick cutlet.
  5. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the lamb burgers.
  6. Lamb burgers is ready. Serve hot.
