  • Boneless lamb(finely chopped) – 250g
  • Chicken stock – 500ml
  • Creamed corn(can) – 480g
  • Pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • Eggs(lightly beaten) – 2nos
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing lamb corn soup, first boil the stock in a vessel.
  2. Add the lamb and pepper powder. Allow it to cook until done.
  3. Then stir in the creamed corn and salt. Cook it for another 10 minutes on low flame.
  4. Pour in the beaten eggs slowly stirring it continuously till it thickens a bit.
  5. Lamb corn soup is ready. Serve hot.
