  • Lettuce leaves(chopped) - 150 g
  • Celery stalks(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Salad cucumber(cubed) - 1/2 no
  • Parsley(chopped) - 1 spring
  • Peanuts(chopped) - 25 g
  • Mozzarella cheese(grated) - 125 g
  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Mustard sauce - 1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds(Ellu) - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing left over chicken salad, in a small bowl mix in olive oil, soya sauce, sesame seeds, mustard sauce and pepper powder. Keep this sauce aside.
  2. In a big bowl, mix in left over chicken pieces, lettuce, celery, cucumber, parsley, carrot, peanuts, mozerella cheese and salt. Mix it well.
  3. Pour in the sauce and mix well.
  4. Left over chicken salad is ready. Serve immediately.
