Left Over Rice Masala
This masala rice recipe is quick & easy, especially when you have leftover rice. it makes for a filling lunch/dinner either plain or accompanied with a bowl of yogurt or raita

  1. chop the onion, green chilli, carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage
  2. in a pan heat the oil, add onion and green chilli and saute it until onion turn into golden brown
  3. add carrot, beans, capsicum, cabbage and mix well
  4. add salt, red chilli powder, and cumin seed powder and mix well
  5. add ginger garlic paste and mix it and allow to fry for 10 minutes in medium flame
  6. add left over rice and mix well
  7. garnish with grated paneer and serve hot
