Instructions
  1. For preparing lentils with spinach leaves, first grind coconut into a fine paste with a little water and keep it aside.
  2. Cook lentils in a pressure cooker with salt water.
  3. Add in the spinach leaves, tomato, green chillies, chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds and curry leaves. Allow the spinach leaves to cook.
  4. Pour in the coconut paste and allow it to simmer for 1 minute. Remove it from the flame.
  5. Heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  6. Toss in the dry red chillies and pour it in the curry. Mix it.
  7. Yellow lentils with spinach leaves is ready. Serve hot with rice.
