Longbeans in fried coconut curry

  1. Heat up a pan or a kadai.
  2. Add coconut and fry, till they turn brown.
  3. Add chilly powder, coriander powder and fenugreek powder.
  4. Fry, till you get rid of the raw smell.
  5. Grind it into a fine paste.
  6. Cook beans in 1 cup of water along with salt and turmeric powder.
  7. Add tamarind juice.
  8. Add the ground coconut mixture, small onions and green chillies.
  9. Cook, till the desired consistency is reached.
  10. :- It should neither be too watery nor too thick.
  11. Heat oil in a small pan.
  12. Pour the above seasoning into the curry and mix well.
