  • Chicken – 100gms
  • Mixed vegetables – 1/2cup
  • Ginger Garlic(Chopped) – 1tsp
  • Soy sauce – 1tsp
  • Tomato sauce – 1tsp
  • Cornflour 1tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Salt, pepper(As per taste) –
  1. For preparing Lung Fung Soup, take a bowl, add chicken and water. Cook, shred chicken and keep aside.
  2. In a pan add oil and saute ginger and garlic.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and saute well.
  4. Now add shredded chicken and mix well.
  5. Add soy sauce and tomato sauce.
  6. Now add chicken boiled water and bring to boil.
  7. Mix little water with corn flour and add to soup.
  8. Now add egg and mix slowly in low flame.
  9. Stir in salt and pepper and mix well.
  10. Now Chicken Lung Fung Soup is ready.
