Malai Paneer Peas Masala
Malai paneer peas masala is a creamy Indian dish made with cottage cheese and peas. This is a great combination to go with rotis. In this curry we make a puree of both tomato and onion then use it in the recipe. This is added with few more mild spices and malai. Milk is finally added to the gravy. This is how the splendid Malai paneer peas curry is made.

Ingredients
  • Paneer : 1 cup –
  • Peas : 1 cup –
  • malai 1/2 cup –
  • mil;kj 1/2 cup –
  • onions ground 1/2 cup –
  • tomato puree1/2 cup –
  • salt and sugar to taste –
  • redchilli powder 1/2 sp –
  • coriander powder 1/2 sp –
  • pepper 1 sp –
  • garam masala 1/2 sp –
Instructions
  1. grind onions and saute in oil
  2. to this add peas
  3. now add tomato puree
  4. when cooked add red chilli powder, garam masala , pepper, salt , sugar, coriander powder
  5. when raw smell goes add malai to it
  6. now add paneer cubes
  7. add milk bring to boil in slow flame and serve.
