  1. Wash and clean the fish.
  2. Marinate with chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, tamarind pulp and rice powder. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a tawa.
  4. Place the fishes one by one and fry on a medium flame till each side gets well cooked.
