Ingredients
  • Allpurpose flour(Maida) – 2cups
  • Butter Milk(As reqd, Moru) –
  • Onion(finely chopped, big) – 1no
  • Green chillies 2
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) –
  • Soda(A pinch) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Oil for deep frying –
Instructions
  1. Mix together maida, onions, chillies, salt, coriander leaves and baking soda along with buttermilk.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  3. Deep fry them just like you make pakoras.
  4. :- Serve with sauce.
