  • Mango 400gm
  • Gelatin – 3tsp
  • Egg white from 2 eggs –
  • Whipped cream 3/4cup
  • Powdered sugar 1cup
  • Mango essence – 1tsp
  • Yellow Color – 2drops
  1. Blend well the mango and sugar to form a thick paste.
  2. Double boil the gelatin in 1/4 cup water.
  3. Add this to the above paste and keep in freezer for 10 mins or until it is set.
  4. Add whipped cream and blend well.
  5. Beat the egg white and add.
  6. Mix slowly using a spoon.
  7. Add essence and yellow color.
  8. Keep this in freezer for 1/2 hour.
  9. Garnish with mango slices and cream.
