  • Red mullets(snappers fish) - 4 nos
  • Onion(chopped) - 1 no
  • garlic(crushed) - 4 cloves
  • Ginger(chopped) - 2 inch
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Green chillies(finely sliced) - 3 nos
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing marinated fish fry, grind onion, garlic, ginger, chilly powder, salt and turmeric powder to a smooth paste.
  2. Make lines with a knife on both the sides of the fish and rub them with the paste. Allow it to marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil and fry the cumin seeds and sliced chillies for 1 minute.
  4. Add the fish and fry on both the sides. Fry until it becomes golden brown on both sides.
  5. Marinated fish fry is ready. Serve hot.
