Marinated Shallot Chicken
Easy and tasty – just the marination has to be done properly

Ingredients
  • Chicken(boneless) – ½kg
  • Spring onion(with the leaves) – 3nos
  • Green chillies 3nos
  • garlic 1/2tbsp
  • Soya Sauce – 1/2tbsp
  • Lime juice – 1tbsp
  • Chilly paste – 1/2tbsp
  • Corn flour – 2tbsp
  • Egg white – 1no
  • Tomato sauce – 1tbsp
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Ajinomotto –
  • Oil for frying –
  • Red colour(A pinch) –
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  2. Combine it with all the ingredients and marinate it for at least 2 hours.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and tender.
  5. For the gravy:- 5)To a little of the oil, add the remaining marination and boil it.
  6. Add tomato sauce and soya sauce to taste and pour into chicken.
