Instructions
  1. For preparing mashed garlic potatoes, cook the potatoes in salt water and then smash it with the back of a fork. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sautT the garlic for 1 minute on low flame.
  3. Toss in the mashed potatoes, parsley and required salt. Remove it from the flame.
  4. Put the above mixture in a baking tray.
  5. Sprinkle pepper powder and grated cheese over it. Allow it to bake till the cheese becomes golden brown on the top.
  6. Mashed garlic potatoes are ready. Serve hot as a side dish with steaks or grilled chicken, lamb, etc.
