Instructions
  1. For preparing mashed prawn with toast, blend prawns in a mixer until smooth. Put it in a bowl.
  2. Mix in egg whites, salt, sesame oil, ginger and spring onions in the prawn paste.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the squares of bread. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  4. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry it for 5 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Mashed prawns with toast is ready. Serve hot.
