Masoor dal salad is a very refreshing and healthy salad. Green moongs are widely used in India, as dal or sprouted.They are great for breakfast and for evening snacks.

Ingredients
  • masoor dal 1 cup –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • Tomato : 1 no –
  • raw mangao 1/2 no. –
  • green chili 2 no. –
  • Salt to taste –
  • pepper 1/2 tsp –
  • Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp –
  • Coriander leaves : 2 tsp –
Instructions
  1. Boil the masoor dal by adding water salt and turmeric powder.
  2. allow only 2 to 3 whistle, Dont smash it
  3. chop the onion, tomato, raw mango and green chili
  4. in a bowl add onion, tomato, green chili, raw mango and boiled masoor dal and mix it
  5. add pepper and required salt and mix it
  6. garnish with coriander, now masoor dal salad is ready.
