Mast Mast Maggi

Ingredients
  • Vegetable Atta Noodles(the green packet, very healthy & tasty too) – 1packet
  • Onion(sliced) – 1no
  • Garlic pods(crushed, an easy way to do this would be to crush it with the back of a knife) – 5nos
  • Green chillies(chopped) – 3nos
  • Soya Sauce – 1tsp
  • Tomato Ketchup – 1tsp
  • Eggs(nicely beaten) – 2nos
  • Pepper(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Oil 2tbsp
Instructions
  1. Cook the maggi with water and half of the maggi tastemaker. Set aside.
  2. Heat half the oil in a pan.
  3. Make a scramble out of the beaten eggs. Add salt & pepper seasoning to this. Set aside.
  4. Heat the remaining oil in the same pan.
  5. Add chillies, garlic and the onions to be sauted until the onions turn into a light pink colour.
  6. Reduce the flame and add the remaining maggi tastemaker followed by the soya sauce and tomato ketchup. Saute for a minute.
  7. To this, add the cooked maggi and 2 tbsp of water.
  8. Allow one boil and then add the scrambled eggs.
  9. Eat it hot out of a bowl with coriander(optional).
