  1. Add oil in a pan and add green chillies, small onion, curry leaves and saute it well
  2. Now add the mathanga to it and saute well
  3. Then add crushed pepper, garlic, turmeric powder, jeerakam and mix well.
  4. Sprinkle some water in it and cook in a medium flame.
  5. Add the grated coconut to this and mix well and remove from fire.
