  1. Grind pepper corns along with garlic, turmeric powder, lime juice and salt to a thick paste . marinate the cleaned and washed fish and keep it aside for 10 – 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a non – stick pan and fry the fishes till both sides become brown and crispy.
  3. Mathi is ready to serve. It goes well with boiled rice or kappa.
