Add 2 tbsp coconut oil in the pressure cooker and heat. Add sliced onion. After some time, add ginger, garlic, green chillies and tomatoes.
3)Add the above meat into the cooker and add 1 cup of water and cook till done(lower the flame after 1 whistle).
Take another round bottomed pan and add some oil. Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, cumin and add 5 cup of water.
After boiling that, add the pressure cooked meat(not fully done)to it.
Add coriander, mint and curry leaves to it. Check for salt and add if needed.
7)Then add the rice and lemon juice and close the pan.
Lower the flame when rice and water comes in the same level.
