For stuffing:
  • Boneless beef(minced) – 1kg
  • Onions(chopped) – 100g
  • Butter – 100g
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) –
  • Pine seeds – 50g
  1. For preparing meat samboussek, mix maida with butter, yeast and salt. Add in water and knead it well. Keep the dough aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan. SautT the onions for 2 minutes.
  3. Add in the pine seeds and stir until brown.
  4. The add in the minced beef, pepper powder and salt. Cook it until the mixture is dry.
  5. Make balls out of the dough. Roll the dough into pieces about 6 cms square.
  6. Put a spoonful of the mixture onto each of the pastry squares. Fold over and seal it.
  7. Deep fry until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
  9. Meat samboussek is ready. Serve hot.
