Ingredients
  • Green chillies 2nos
  • Grated Coconut 1/2cup
  • Buttermilk(Moru) – 3/4cup
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • For seasoning: –
  • Oil 2tsp
  • Black pepper corns – 5nos
  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) – 1/2tsp
  • Fenugreek(Uluva) – 1/2tsp
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add all the ingredients for seasoning. Keep it aside and allow it to cool.
  3. Add seasoning to the grated coconut and grind finely mixing water.
  4. Add buttermilk and salt.
  5. :- Serve with plain rice.
