Methi-Dill With Potatoes

  1. Wash and drain methi leaves.
  2. :- Do not cut the leaves as it may cause bitterness.
  3. Cut the potatoes into small sized pieces.
  4. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  5. Add jeera and let it sputter.
  6. Add the potatoes and saute for some time.
  7. Add turmeric and stir for a minute.
  8. Add methi leaves, crushed garlic and green chillies at this stage.
  9. Stir and add salt.
  10. Simmer for a while.
  11. :- Serve warm.
