Instructions
  1. For preparing micro rice pudding, heat the milk in a casserole dish on the power of 10 for 5 minutes.
  2. Gently stir in the caster sugar, butter and rice. Cover it with a lid.
  3. Heat on the power of 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle nutmeg powder and allow it to set.
  5. Microwave rice pudding is ready. Serve immediately or chilled.
