  • Milk - 2 1/2 cups
  • Sugar(As reqd) -
  • Honey - 4 tbsp

  • Pistachios(chopped) - 10 tbsp
  • Raisins - 5 tbsp
  • Nutmeg powder - 1 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing milky rice pudding, in a bowl, mix in cooked rice, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla essence, honey, cashew nuts, pistachios, raisins, nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder and salt to a smooth mixture.
  2. Grease a bowl and pour the rice mixture into it.
  3. Pour water in a pressure cooker and place the rice mixture bowl in the middle. Allow it to cook till done.
  4. Check if the pudding is done by piercing a clean knife in the center. If the knife comes out clean, the pudding is done.
  5. Remove it from the pressure cooker and allow it to cool in room temperature.
  6. Place it in the fridge and allow it to chill.
  7. Milky rice pudding is ready. Serve cold.
