millet Idli upma is a very simple and delicious dish made with leftover idlis.This is a very common breakfast dish in South India, which can be prepared in no time.

Ingredients
  • Millet 5 no. –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • Green chili 3 no. –
  • Salt to taste –
  • oil 5 tsp –
  • Mustard : 1/2 tsp –
  • broken urad dal 1/4 tsp –
  • channa dal 1/2 tsp –
  • Curry leaves 1 bunch –
Instructions
  1. crumbled the millet idly
  2. chop the onion, green chili
  3. heat the oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal and channa dal
  4. add curry leaves, onion and green chili and saute it until it turn into brown
  5. add salt, crumbled idli and mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame
  6. now millet idly upma is ready
