Vegetables(finely chopped):-
  1. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl excpt oil meant for deep frying.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of hot oil and a little water into the above mixture and make it into a thick dough.
  3. :- Do not knead the mixture.
  4. Make small balls off the above mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan or a kadai.
  6. Deep fry as u prepare pakodas.
  7. Remove from the oil when they turn golden brown.
  8. :- These pakodas r crisp outside and soft inside.
  9. :- Capsicum gives a good taste and aroma to the pakodas.
