Mixed Fried Rice Easy
Combination of rice with vegetables/non veg

Ingredients
  • Basmati rice – 2cups
  • Carrot(or cut as small cubes, thinly sliced 1 cm) – 1/2to
  • Beans(cut to small pieces) – 1/2to
  • Onions(thinly sliced) – 1/2to
  • garlic(thinly sliced) – 1spoon
  • Shrimp/Shredded chicken/ –
  • Scrambled egg and meat – 1/2to
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Soya Sauce – 2tbsp
  • Oil/Butter(As reqd) –
  • Pepper powder 1tsp
Instructions
  1. Soak rice for 15 – 20 mins after washing well.
  2. Drain the water and fry in little oil for 3 – 4 mins.
  3. Pour boiled water and salt to it and once cooked, strain off the water.
  4. :- See that it does not overcook. 3/4 cooking will also do.
  5. Steam the vegetables or cooking in little water will also do.
  6. :- The shrimp, chicken meat etc mentioned is cooked.
  7. Pour little oil/butter in a pan.
  8. Add onion and garlic and stir for 2 – 3 mins.
  9. Add vegetables followed by the non veg.
  10. Add pepper and salt and keep stirring for 2 – 3 mins.
  11. Add soya sauce and then add rice little by little.
  12. Mix well.
  13. :- Serve hot.
  14. :- The quantity of the ingredients can be varied according to each ones taste.
