  • Noodles - 200 g
  • Chicken breasts(sliced) - 150 g
  • Ham(sliced) - 150 g
  • Prawns(de-veined, cleaned and chopped) - 200 g
  • Onion(finely cubed) - 1 no
  • garlic(grated) - 1 clove
  • Ginger(grated) - 1 inch
  • Soy sauce - 15 ml
  • Chicken stock - 30 ml
  • Baby Corn(drain the water, canned) - 200 g
  • Green peas(cooked) - 1/2 cup
  • Lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring

Instructions
  1. For preparing mixed noodles, first cook the noodles in salt water for 3 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain again. Keep it aside.
  2. Cook chicken breasts, prawns and ham separately in salt water. Keep it aside.
  3. Meanwhile, in a vessel, sautT in the onion, garlic and ginger until done.
  4. Add in soy sauce and chicken stock. Mix it well.
  5. Toss in the cooked chicken, ham and prawns.
  6. Then add in the cooked noodles, green peas and corn. Mix it for 6 minutes.
  7. Garnish with the lime juice and chopped coriander leaves.
  8. Mixed noodles is ready. Serve immediately.
