  • Carrots(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Peas - 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
  • Onions(finely chopped, big) - 2 nos
  • Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 3 tsp
  • Cumin seeds(powdered, Jeerakam) - 3 tsp
  • Cloves(powdered, Grambu) - 3 nos
  • Cinnamon(powdered, Karugapatta) - 1 inch
  • Curry leaves - 3 springs
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing mixed veggies dry, squeeze the juice of the lime and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute onions till golden brown with curry leaves.
  3. Add in tomatoes, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt, cloves powder and cinnamon powder. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
  4. Toss in the potatoes, beans, carrot, peas and green chillies. Fry it on low flame for 5 minutes.
  5. Pour required water, close the lid and allow the veggies to cook.
  6. Open the lid and boil it till it becomes dry. Keep mixing it.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice. Remove it from the flame.
  8. Mixed veggie dry is ready. Serve hot with chapati, bread, etc.
