  • Raw bananasYamPineapple – 1/4kg
  • Water 1/4cup
  • Chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Grated Coconut 1cup
  • Curd – 1/2ltr
  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) – 2 12tsp
  • Pepper corns – 10nos
For seasoning:-
  1. Boil the vegpineapple in water alogn with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Once its cooked to perfection, add grounded coconut, curd, jeera and pepper corns to the cooking pot & bring it to boil.
  3. Season the curry with coconut oil, mustard, whole chillies and curry leaves.
  4. :- You need to grind grated coconut, jeera and pepper corns in a medium sour curd to make this recipe yummy with hot rice. :- Easy to make in 10-15 mins.
