  1. Cut and wash spinach and boil it with sufficient quantity of water. Add turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Grind the grated coconut and green chillies with water.
  3. Add the ground mixture to the 1st step mixture and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add slightly soured butter milk. When the foam appears turnoff the flame.
  5. Splutter mustard seeds, fenugreek and red chilly in coconut oil and add this to the mixture.
  6. Morukeerai – brahmin special is ready.
