Instructions
  1. For preparing mouth watering fish curry, heat the oil in a large pan and fry the cumin seeds until they splutter.
  2. Add the onion, capsicums(red and green), garlic and ginger. Fry for 8 minutes on low flame.
  3. Then add the curry paste and sautT for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and 1 tbsp of water. Mix well.
  5. Toss in the fish fillets and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. Then add the tomatoes and coriander leaves. Cook covered until the fish fillets are tender.
  7. Garnish with a spring of fresh coriander.
  8. Mouth watering fish curry is ready. Serve hot with rice or naan.
