Ingredients
  • Rajma – 2tbsp
  • Urad dal – 2tbsp
  • Rice – 1/4cup
  • Green gram 2tbsp
  • Channa dal – 2tbsp
  • Horse gram 1 tbsp –
  • Black eyed bean 2 tbsp –
  • Soy bean 2 tbsp –
  • Red chilli : 2 –
  • Salt : as per taste –
  • Jeera : 1 tsp –
  • Oil required –
  • Onion : 1 chopped –
Instructions
  1. Soak dal and rice over night
  2. Grind red chilli and jeera and add rice and dal mixer
  3. Now grind with little water and add salt and add chopped onion
  4. Now add cleaned and washed methi
  5. Heat Tawa and make adai and spread oil cook both side well
