  • Boneless Chicken(chopped into big pieces) – 250g
  • Garam masala 1tsp
  • Chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Saffron 1/2tsp
  • Egg yolks(beaten) – 2nos
  • Yogurt – 1tbsp
  • Cheese(grated) – 1tbsp
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing murg – kesri kabab, mix together yogurt, salt, cheese, garam masala, chilly powder and saffron.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces in the above mixture for 24 hours.
  3. Then put the chicken pieces on wooden skewers and barbeque until nearly cooked. Remove it.
  4. Brush it with the beaten egg yolks and return it on to the barbeque until cooked.
  5. Murg – kesri kebab¦s are ready. Serve it hot on a bead of freshly chopped onion and garnish with coriander leaves.
