  1. Clean the chicken pieces and cut into 2 inch pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste & salt. Keep aside for 1/2 hour.
  3. Grind coconut, jeera, dhaniya, elaichi, cloves, pepper, dalchini & dry red chillies.
  4. Slice the onios.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai & fry the sliced onions until golden brown.
  6. Then add the marinated chicken into the kadai and fry.
  7. Add the ground masala & tamarind water. Cook well.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Tips:- 1)To make the chicken more tastier fry the coconut & masalas before grinding)
