  1. For preparing Muringappoo Thoran, first clean the muringappoo well and leave it to drain.
  2. Mix together the muringappoo, the grated coconut, the chopped small onions, green chillies, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. Splutter mustard seeds and saute red chillies and curry leaves.
  5. Add the muringappoo mixture and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook on a low flame.
  7. When it gets cooked, remove the lid and continue cooking, till done.
  8. Tasty Muringappoo Thoran is ready.
